◆ At Allure Nails Spa, your satisfaction is our top priority. All services are guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days. However, we must be notified on the original day of service, and all repairs must be requested within 3 days as well. Please note that no refunds will be given.
◆ If children (under 15 years old) receive a service, guardians are kindly asked to specify which service they are requesting. It is the guardian's responsibility to pay for any additional services, but we will inform you of the cost before proceeding.
◆ If you choose to upgrade or add more services as suggested by our technicians or staff, it is your responsibility to cover the additional costs. We recommend inquiring about the cost of any upgrades or additional services before proceeding.
◆ Any changes of mind regarding a service on the same day or the following day will result in an additional 50% charge for the new services, in addition to the original service cost.
◆ We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or burns due to certain ingredients in our products or waxing procedures. If you are using medications, have an underlying condition, or have sensitive skin, please inform your technician of any medical conditions, surgeries, or allergies beforehand.
◆ Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
◆ To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may either reschedule or add your name to our walk-in list.
◆ We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason we deem necessary.
